An Aluminum Greenhouse in Gloucester, MA
Basking in the warmth of the sun while surrounded by lush greenery is a luxury many long for. That’s why at Sunspace Design, we offer you the flexibility to achieve your goals via custom glass spaces customized uniquely for you, each of which increases nature’s visibility in your life.
Most of our projects are framed in either aluminum or mahogany. Nestled in Gloucester, Massachusetts, our latest project—an 18′ by 10.5′ greenhouse that seamlessly integrates with our client’s home—showcases the benefits of aluminum framing. The principle allure of aluminum lies in its durability, low maintenance, and resistance to corrosion. It’s the perfect choice for a space like a greenhouse, where exposure to the elements is constant. Our commitment to providing tailored solutions means that your glass spaces will be assembled out of the materials that best meet your needs.
This greenhouse project is a celebration of the connection between indoor and outdoor living, and blends with the existing architecture to provide an accessible sanctuary of greenery and tranquility. Featuring two sets of motorized ridge vents, six awning-style windows, and a door creating a graceful flow to and from the adjoining terrace, the design is both beautiful and functional as a working space.
Sunspace Design played a pivotal role in the design and installation, working closely with Hilarie Holdsworth Design, a landscape design firm based in Gloucester, Massachusetts, who specializes in creating breathtaking outdoor spaces. We also partnered with Solar Innovations, a renowned glass space component manufacturer based in Pine Grove, Pennsylvania, to ensure that every detail of this project met the highest standards. At Sunspace Design, we understand that exceptional construction projects are often the result of collaborative efforts. We’re proud to help achieve your visions no matter your project’s scale or complexity. Let’s explore this build in greater detail through the following photo journey.
