Sunrooms

Sunroom Design and Construction Services

We offer elegant Sunroom designs that blend seamlessly with your home.

Sunrooms have long been a popular glass space option for homeowners throughout New England, but for many years the name was synonymous with cheap vinyl, prefabricated extensions that require constant maintenance. We’re proud to say that a Sunspace Design sunroom hearkens back to the original wood and glass designs which emerged from a European tradition of quality and function. Our design team’s goal is simple: to provide each client with a newly constructed sunroom that will seamlessly blend architectural details, window stylings, and trims to pair perfectly with the existing residence.

Each sunroom space we design and construct features beautiful mahogany roof components and high performance tempered or laminated safety glass provided by top US manufacturers. This allows us to offer a promise of year-round comfort. All roof glass has an R-value of 4 or higher. While many custom sunrooms are air-conditioned per the needs of the client, all are heated to ensure a comfortable living environment regardless of the weather. That’s important when contending with the extreme conditions common to New Hampshire, Maine, and Southern New England.

A sunroom by Sunspace Design is more than just an addition: it’s a part of your home. We’re here to help you let natural light in while providing you with a wonderful, new space in which to entertain, relax, grow plants, and make memories. Each project is fully custom, and as sunrooms are a “catch-all” glass structure category, every style is available: contemporary, gable, lean-to, and more. Enjoy the picturesque New England scenery throughout the year with the help of Sunspace Design.

Total Versatility in Glass Structure Design and Style

Sunrooms are a broad glass structure category, and our design team can accommodate a variety of styles: Victorian, contemporary, traditional, modern, minimalist, and more. Each sunroom will be engineered to meet your specific needs, and the existing look of your home.

Four-Season Sunrooms Built for New Englanders

Clients embarking on home renovation journeys deserve to have their money well-spent. Don’t lose money, time, and effort contending with an addition that isn’t built to achieve four-season quality in New England. Partner with Sunspace Design and rest assured in your structure’s performance.

Traditional European Quality at Reasonable Prices

We don’t offer cheap, prefabricated vinyl units like the ones that dominated New England’s glass structure industry in the 60s and 70s. We proudly operate in a European tradition, and each sunroom we complete uses the same quality materials and construction methods as our other glass product lines.
