Why Your Review Matters
It was impossible to predict the incredible changes technology would bring to our industry when we began our journey in 1981. Our goal hasn’t changed: we strive to bring the very best design-build services to homeowners throughout New England. Keeping up with the latest developments has helped us achieve this goal.
Results matter. There’s no substitute for a solid reputation built upon word of mouth support. However, today’s businesses must compete in a modern marketplace where online searches determine visibility. Online customer reviews play a key role in ensuring that products and services are seen by the people who need them most.
This presents unique challenges for smaller companies like ours. We’re a small team serving a limited number of clients each year. That’s why it’s especially valuable when a client takes the time to share their experiences with us online. A single review can make all the difference.
We’ve recently begun the process of updating and improving our online presence. As part of this initiative, we’re asking a favor of clients both new and old: would you consider writing a short review of our company? As a member of the Sunspace family, your help would be much appreciated as we continue to position our company for success in the modern age.
General Information About Submitting Reviews
- Basic instructions on how to submit reviews on three key websites are listed below.
- If you’re willing to post a review to more than one website, you can repeat the same review. Just copy and paste!
- You’ll need a Google account (e.g., Gmail) to post a review to Google and a Facebook account to post a review to Facebook. However, if you don’t want to create an account of your own, you’re welcome to use a family member’s with their permission.
- Keep in mind that any information posted to the internet will be visible for others to see!
How to Submit a Review on Google
Google is the internet’s most popular search engine. It features a large database of company reviews that are seen by millions of users daily. Your review will be displayed in Google results alongside information about Sunspace Design when users search for us.
1. You must have access to a Google or Gmail account in order to post a Google business review. If you don’t have an account, visit the Google signup page to make one. Follow the instructions on the page to create your account.
2. Login to your Google account if you aren’t currently logged in. To login, visit the Google login page.
3. While logged into Google, click the following link: write a Sunspace Design review on Google. A new window or tab will open.
4. In the new window, give Sunspace Design a star rating (from 1 to 5) and then write your review. You may also add photos of your project.
5. Click ‘post’ when you’re finished. That’s it!
How to Submit a Review on Facebook
Facebook is the internet’s most popular social network. It features a large database of company profiles that are seen by millions of users daily. Your recommendation will be displayed on the Sunspace Design Facebook profile.
1. You must have access to a Facebook account in order to post a Facebook business recommendation. If you don’t have an account, visit the Facebook signup page to make one. Follow the instructions on the page to create your account.
2. Login to your Facebook account if you aren’t currently logged in. To login, visit the Facebook login page.
3. While logged into Facebook, click the following link: write a Sunspace Design recommendation on Facebook. A new window or tab will open.
4. In the new window, you’ll see the question: “Do you recommend Sunspace Design?” Click “Yes” and then write your review. You will also have the option of adding a photo with your review, or of adding tags like “great service” or similar.
5. Click ‘done’ when you’re finished. That’s it!
How to Submit a Review on Houzz
Houzz is the internet’s most popular network that focuses on architecture, interior design, landscape design, and home improvement. Your review will be displayed on the Sunspace Design Houzz profile.
1. You must have access to a Houzz account in order to post a Houzz business review. If you don’t have an account, visit the Houzz signup page to make one. Follow the instructions on the page to create your account. Tip: If you already have a Google or Facebook account, you can reuse it here! Just click ‘Continue with Facebook’ or ‘Continue with Google’.
2. Login to your Houzz account if you aren’t currently logged in. To login, visit the Houzz login page.
3. While logged into Houzz, click the following link: write a Sunspace Design review on Houzz. A new window or tab will open.
4. In the new window, give Sunspace Design a star rating (from 1 to 5) and then write your review. Note: Houzz requests your name and basic information about the project. Photos are entirely optional. You’ll also need to submit email and street address information for verification. This information will not be shown to the public and is only used to verify your review.
5. Click ‘done’ when you’re finished. That’s it!
