A New Batch of Customer Testimonials

by | Mar 1, 2018 | Company

The true test of a successful project is measured by the client’s feelings after the project is completed. Our team endeavors to ensure that every homeowner or professional who works with us is left completely satisfied with the experience. In the construction industry, there is no currency greater than trust, and trust is built one project at a time.

When we commit to a partnership with a client, we do so with a full awareness that we’re contributing a piece of their home. These spaces should last a lifetime. That’s why each glass enclosure, residential addition, or specialty skylight we build will look beautiful, achieve your vision, and perform well across a range of conditions that you’re likely to experience.

Every now and again we receive feedback from past clients in the form of customer testimonials. To kick off the new month, we’re putting two recent testimonials front and center. The first comes from Therese, for whom we created a lovely little three season enclosure located just feet from the Atlantic coast:

“Sunspace Design recently completed a sunroom for our home. We are completely satisfied with their work. They were never distracted when working; the team worked continuously from arrival to departure. Their concentration and attention to detail was commendable. They also kept us constantly informed on what they were doing, were always courteous, and were always willing to answer all of our questions!”

Therese

We also received some kind words for Janet. You might remember her project from a previous construction showcase build journal in which we built a gorgeous residential conservatory in the heart of Harvard Square:

“After carefully researching all the local alternatives with an architect, we hired Sunspace Design to replace our aging sunroom. Drew Hale worked with our architect to create a slightly larger space with a tall gable roof. When zoning difficulties became a problem, Drew worked well with the zoning commission and Sunspace pushed back the start date until everything could be completed. Everything was completed in a timely manner once the project began. These guys really know what they are doing when it comes to glass enclosed rooms.

Doug Burnes (who built many of the components in his shop, including the roof) is a skillful technician and careful, organized worker. He and J.T. built a beautiful room that is superbly finished. They managed the subcontractors well, and were a pleasure to have on site. Although more expensive than other options, their work is first class, and I would not hesitate to recommend them in an unqualified fashion. We love our new room!”

Janet
