While JN Picariello expertly handled the overall construction, Sunspace Design took the lead on the heart of the sunroom transformation by designing, meticulously fabricating, and installing the custom mahogany structure itself. Our focus was delivering a breathtaking, light-filled space that integrated seamlessly with the home’s existing architecture and the new framework provided by our collaborators.

The project called for a structure that was both elegant and durable, capable of withstanding coastal conditions while maximizing views and providing comfort for the homeowners. We opted for a beautiful, solid mahogany frame, and to ensure exceptional thermal performance and clarity, we implemented Solarban 70 fully tempered, insulated glass.
